My journey

I started as a visual designer in 2013 at an agency, where I discovered my passion for user-centered thinking. Working on campaigns taught me to craft complete user journeys and ensure people could understand information at a glance.

In 2022, I transitioned to product design and found my calling in mission-driven work. I'm passionate about creating design systems that help teams work efficiently, solving real user problems, and advocating for accessible experiences that make a genuine difference in people's lives.

Some key designs I have created are…

dashboards

workflow builder

landing page builder

dialpad and contact book

IT asset management mobile app

report builder

user roles and permissions

telephony settings

form builder

AI chatbot

Working remotely

I've worked remotely since 2014 with teams across multiple time zones and countries. I've learned that successful remote collaboration goes beyond just using the right tools - it requires understanding how each person processes and communicates information.

In one product meeting, I asked 'When you picture an apple in your mind, do you see a real apple?' I discovered that several team members have aphantasia - they can't visualize images mentally. This insight completely changed how I present design work. Some teammates prefer navigating Figma artboards independently, while others find the interface overwhelming and need static previews with clear comments.

I adapt my communication style to each person's needs - using simple language for international coworkers, providing multiple review formats for different comfort levels, and always checking for understanding. Remote work succeeds when you recognize that everyone processes information differently and adjust accordingly
